Old Fitzgerald 11 Year is an 11-year-old wheated Kentucky straight bourbon from Heaven Hill's Bernheim Distillery in Louisville. Bottled in bond at 100 proof (50% ABV), it comes in a 750ml diamond decanter.
The Spring 2018 release was the first of Heaven Hill's revived Old Fitzgerald Bottled-in-Bond Decanter Series, and it introduced the diamond decanter, inspired by the original 1950s bottles.
The nose combines caramel, vanilla, dried fruit and toasted oak. The palate is smooth and layered, with toffee, light dried fruit, vanilla and a soft wheat sweetness. The finish is warm, with caramel and gentle oak spice.
