This is Batch 10 of Elijah Craig Barrel Proof, a Kentucky straight bourbon made at Heaven Hill in Bardstown, Kentucky. It is bottled in a 750ml bottle.
The bourbon comes from 12 year old Heaven Hill barrels and is bottled uncut and unfiltered at natural barrel proof, 69.4% ABV (138.8 proof). The batch number comes from the programme's earlier numbering, before the current lettered system.
At this strength, each drop of water opens the whiskey up noticeably.
