Elijah Craig Barrel Proof Batch C917 12 Year Old (75cl, 65.5%)

Elijah Craig Barrel Proof Batch C917 is a 12 year old Kentucky straight bourbon from Heaven Hill in Bardstown, Kentucky. It was released in September 2017 at 131 proof, or 65.5% ABV, and comes in a 750ml bottle. The bourbon is bottled uncut and unfiltered at natural barrel strength, from 12-year-old Heaven Hill barrels. The batch code reads as a September release (C) in 2017 (17), the third and final batch of that year in the barrel proof programme. The barrels behind it went through a full summer of Kentucky heat cycling.
