Elijah Craig Toasted Barrel is a Bourbon in a 750ml bottle. The Elijah Craig small batch Bourbon takes its warm spice and subtle smoke from Level 3 charred oak barrels.
The nose is sweetly perfumed, with date and raisin alongside caramel, charred oak and vanilla. The palate is velvety, with butterscotch, black treacle and dark honey, and the finish is rich and very long.
