This is the Maiden Voyage Release from Ellis & Angel, the company's first limited release. It is a 10 year old Irish single malt, triple distilled in Drogheda, Co. Louth, and drawn from a single cask. Just 360 bottles were filled, each individually numbered.
The whiskey was first matured in American oak, then finished in a French oak Bordeaux wine cask. It is bottled at 46% ABV, non-chill filtered and at natural colour.
