Elsburn The Journey is a single malt from the Harz mountains in Germany. This 6 year old is a new edition of the classic bottling and the first to carry an age statement. It is the first batch in this form, in a 70cl bottle at 46% ABV.
The whisky matured in first fill casks that had previously held sherry, port, marsala and Malaga. It is bottled without added colour and without chill filtering, and the batch runs to 2670 bottles.
