Ergaster Single Malt Tourbé 2015 is an organic peated single malt from the Hauts-de-France, in a 50cl bottle. It matured first in new casks, then in reused casks. The final assemblage is 40% Banyuls, 35% Pineau and 25% Cognac.
The nose is of prunes and morello cherries. The palate is herbal, with a woody, peated attack. The finish is herbal too, touched with raspberry and carrying a long line of peat.
