Call of Excise Duty is a malt spirit from EtOH Spirits, a Danish producer, bottled at 43% vol. in a 70cl bottle. It is not officially classed as whisky.
EtOH Spirits uses ultrasound and other techniques to speed up maturation. This malt spent seven days in port and Burgundy brandy casks.
The notes describe rich, robust and sweet aromas that are also surprisingly delicate.
