EtOH Spirits – Double Peached (70cl, 45%)

Double Peached is a Danish malt spirit from EtOH Spirits, bottled at 45% in a 70cl bottle. It is officially not sold as whisky, and was inspired by the second impeachment proceedings against Donald Trump. The base is a malt matured in Port casks, which was infused twice with peaches. EtOH uses ultrasound and other techniques to speed up ageing, and this one took 10 days. Because it is made with real fruit, a sediment can form at the bottom of the bottle, and turning it upside down briefly before pouring is recommended. The notes mention oak, orange, peach and 'covfefe'.
