Evade is a French single malt finished in red Bordeaux Grand Cru casks. The barley was grown and distilled in France, with double distillation in Charentais stills. The spirit was aged for between three and five years before moving into the red wine casks for its finish. It is bottled at 43% ABV with no added colour, no chill filtration and no additives.
