A Heaven Hill bourbon, also known as Evan Williams White Label, in a 75cl bottle. It meets the requirements of the Bottled-in-Bond Act of 1897, having been aged under government supervision for a minimum of four years, and it is bottled at 100 proof.
The nose offers caramel with hints of vanilla, sweet oak and barley. On the palate, bright citrus sits over rich vanilla and buttery caramel, with a kick of black pepper. The finish is warm, long and pleasantly dry, with spice and oak lingering.
