Evan Williams Peach is a flavoured bourbon from Heaven Hill, made by blending Kentucky straight bourbon with natural Georgia peach flavour. It is bottled at 32.5% ABV in a 750ml bottle.
The base bourbon is made from 78% corn, 10% rye and 12% malted barley, and aged in new charred American oak barrels.
The nose is ripe peach and peach blossom over a warm bourbon base, with a hint of cream soda. On the palate, juicy peach gives way to honey, caramel, vanilla and a touch of lemon. The finish is warm, with soft peach, honey and a trace of toasted oak.
