Evan Williams Single Barrel 1989 Vintage is a Kentucky straight bourbon from Heaven Hill in Bardstown. It comes from Barrel 130, dated 28 September 1989, and the spirit was distilled in 1989. It is bottled in a 75cl bottle.
It belongs to the Evan Williams Single Barrel Vintage programme, which Heaven Hill began in 1994. The programme was the first American distillery single barrel vintage series to put a specific date on each bottle, and the 1989 vintage was bottled after it launched.
