The nose leads with caramel and vanilla, with oak spice, toasted nuts and a touch of cinnamon. The palate is full-bodied, with brown sugar, charred oak, baking spice, toffee and pepper. The finish is long, with vanilla, oak and gentle heat, leaving a trace of caramel and spice.
