Falanghina Basilicata IGT Vulcanico Paternoster

A white wine from Paternoster, made from Falanghina grown on volcanic soils in the Lucanian Apennines. Steel ageing preserves the fruit's purity and liveliness. It has a fresh, inviting aromatic profile with citrus, white flowers and a delicate mineral note. The palate is harmonious, slightly savoury and pleasantly persistent. It suits fish and shellfish dishes, as well as fresh Mediterranean cooking.
