Ferrand Curaçao Yuzu Late Harvest (70cl, 40%)

This is an orange liqueur from Maison Ferrand, a limited edition flavoured with Japanese yuzu. It is made in France and bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle. The Late Harvest edition builds on Ferrand's Dry Curaçao, whose base of brandy, orange and spice carries a layer of bright, floral yuzu citrus. It is suited to margaritas, sidecars and other citrus-led cocktails. On the nose and palate it shows bright yuzu and bitter orange, with the warmth of brandy and a touch of spice.
