FEW Bourbon is a small batch bourbon from the United States, made from a mash of 70% corn, 20% rye and 10% malted barley. The spirit is distilled at 67.5%, filled into cask at 57.5% and aged for several years in new American oak casks from Minnesota, then bottled at 46.5% ABV. The label shows a scene from the 1892 World's Fair in Chicago.
On the nose there are vanilla pods, caramel and cloves. The palate is sweet, with toffee and cardamom spice, and the finish is long and spicy.
