FEW – Rye Whiskey

FEW Rye Whiskey is an American rye made from a mash of 70 per cent rye, 20 per cent corn and 10 per cent malted barley. The high rye content gives it a dominant grain character, and the rye shows a natural affinity with raspberry eau-de-vie. The whiskey is described as moving between the crystalline character of the new make and a fully matured depth. On the nose it is fruity, floral with rose and peony, and herbal with ivy and alfalfa. The palate grows steadily more chocolatey and spicy.
