FEW Cold Cut is a cask-strength bourbon from FEW Spirits in Evanston, Illinois, in a 750ml bottle. The whiskey is mashed, fermented, distilled, aged and bottled at the distillery, then cut with cold brew coffee in place of water. The cold brew comes from Chicago's Passion House, and its lower bitterness complements the bourbon's natural profile. On the palate the whiskey leads, balanced by a cold brew coffee note, with a lingering finish.
