This is a rye whisky from the Fielden Distillery in England, bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle and made without added colouring.
The nose is fruity and delicate, with clear rye character, tobacco and oak. The palate is soft and mild, with quince, apples and caramelised orange, vanilla and plenty of rye. The finish returns to rye, with aromatic oak and a mild cream toffee note.
