Filey Bay Flagship is a single malt from the Filey Bay range, distilled at the Spirit of Yorkshire Distillery in Yorkshire from 100% homegrown barley. It is bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle.
Bourbon-cask character runs through the whisky. The nose offers peach, apricot, buttered crackers and a hint of mint leaf. On the palate there are chocolate chip cookies, maple syrup, barley, honey and walnut, and the finish brings gingerbread, orange peel and a slightly floral note.
