Filey Bay Sherry Cask Reserve #5 (70cl, 46%)

Filey Bay Sherry Cask Reserve #5 is the fifth annual release in Spirit of Yorkshire's Sherry Cask Reserve series. It is an English single malt, bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle, and only 2,000 bottles were produced. The whisky was matured in a marriage of ex-Moscatel and ex-Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, which combine a bright creaminess with rich dried fruit. It was designed as an autumn and winter expression, setting richer sherried styles alongside the coastal Yorkshire character of the distillery.
