A rye whisky from the finch distillery on the Swabian Alb in Germany, bottled at 46% ABV in a 50cl bottle. Rye Edition 2 is a limited bottling in the distillery's Special Grain range, which pays tribute to its skill in growing grain. The distillery grows all its own ingredients and uses unusual grains such as emmer, spelt and rye. Its whisky is distilled in a pot still that is among the largest in Germany.
