Tapestry is a single malt from Fleurieu Distillery, bottled at 45.2% in a 70cl bottle. It was put together from a selection of bourbon barrels combined with Apera barriques. The nose has hints of polish and walnut shells, followed by lifted acidity, florals and sweet oak spices. On the palate the malt reinforces the body, with ex-bourbon American oak supporting and driving the spirit.
