Four Roses Limited Edition Small Batch 2019 is a Kentucky straight bourbon from the Lawrenceburg distillery, in a 75cl bottle. It is the annual blend of selected barrels drawn from across the distillery's recipes.
The 2019 release brings together four recipes: a 21-year-old OBSV, a 15-year-old OESK, a 15-year-old OESV and an 11-year-old OESV. The 21-year-old component appears for the first time in the series.
The notes describe caramel, dried apricot, vanilla and baking spice on the nose. The palate offers caramel, dark fruit and warm oak spice, and the finish is long, with dried fruit, vanilla and oak.
