Four Roses OBSK Single Barrel Bourbon (75cl, 50%)

Four Roses OBSK Single Barrel is a Kentucky straight bourbon bottled at 50% ABV in a 750ml bottle. It is an official single barrel release, separate from the Private Selection programme. The OBSK recipe pairs Four Roses' high-rye mash bill with the 'K' yeast strain, one of the brand's ten core bourbon recipes. As each bottle comes from a single barrel, some variation from barrel to barrel is to be expected. The nose offers caramel, vanilla bean, baking spice and toasted oak with a light rye heat. The palate brings caramel, honey, cinnamon, clove and balanced oak, leading to a long, dry, warming finish of spice and sweet oak.
