Four Roses – Small Batch Select (75cl, 52%)

Four Roses Small Batch Select is a Kentucky straight bourbon from the Lawrenceburg distillery, in a 75cl bottle at 52% ABV. Master Distiller Brent Elliott selects and blends six of the distillery's ten bourbon recipes, each aged for at least six years. It is non-chill filtered. The blend is noted for candied fruit, warmth and spice. On the palate the fruit is joined by warm oak spice and a floral character from the high-rye recipes, and the finish is warm and spiced.
