This is a 19 year old single cask rum from Foursquare Distillery in Barbados, released as edition 61 of the RumClub Private Selection.
It was distilled in 2006 by master distiller Richard Seale and aged for almost 20 years in ex-Bourbon barrels of American oak. Fourteen of those years were spent in the tropical heat of Barbados, and a further five in the continental climate of Europe.
