Franciacorta DOCG Brut Blanc de Blancs Monogram Franciacorta (1.5L)

A Franciacorta DOCG Brut Blanc de Blancs made exclusively from Chardonnay by Monogram Franciacorta, from the Franciacorta area with calcareous soils. Bottle fermentation gives a vibrant effervescence with a fine, persistent mousse. The nose shows white flowers, green apple and citrus notes, enriched by yeast and bread crust from ageing on the lees. On the palate it is fresh and harmonious, with a balance between acidity and structure. It works well as an aperitif and pairs with delicate fish dishes, shellfish and fresh cheeses.
