Franciacorta DOCG Brut Millesimato Saten - Monogram Franciacorta

A sparkling wine from Franciacorta, made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes selected from a single vintage. It is a Saten style, with a delicate straw-yellow colour and a fine, creamy perlage from slightly lower bottle pressure. The bouquet offers ripe white-fleshed fruit such as apple and pear, delicate floral accents, a subtle mineral vein and toasted bread and yeast notes from long ageing on the lees. On the palate it is harmonious, with freshness and creaminess, a velvety texture and a long, persistent finish. It is suited to delicate starters, fish, seafood, risotto and fresh cheeses.
