This Franciacorta DOCG from Monogram Franciacorta is a Blanc de Blancs made exclusively from Chardonnay. It has a bright straw-yellow colour with fine, persistent bubbles. The nose shows white-fleshed fruit, citrus, floral notes, toasted bread and hazelnut. The palate balances freshness and structure, with creamy texture and a long, savoury finish.
