It is lively straw yellow with fine, persistent perlage. The nose offers fresh fruit, citrus, floral notes, mineral accents and light toasted bread and hazelnut from long ageing on the lees. On the palate it is balanced and structured, with lively acidity, creamy texture and aromatic richness.
