A sparkling wine from Monogram Franciacorta in Lombardy, made from Chardonnay and Pinot Nero. It has a bright golden-yellow colour with fine, persistent bubbles. The nose offers ripe fruit such as peach and citrus, floral notes, toasted bread, yeast, vanilla and almond. On the palate it balances lively acidity with aromatic richness and a creamy structure, leading to a long finish with fresh fruit and toasted notes. It suits celebrations, an aperitif and refined dishes such as seafood starters, delicate first courses and white meat.
