Monogram Franciacorta Nature Brut Nature Millesimato Franciacorta DOCG

This is a Franciacorta DOCG Brut Nature Millesimato from Monogram Franciacorta, a single-vintage sparkling wine made without any dosage at disgorgement. The blend is mainly Chardonnay with a small share of Pinot Nero, which adds structure and complexity. Long maturation on the lees gives a bright straw-yellow colour with golden glints and a fine, persistent mousse. On the nose there are citrus, white-fleshed fruit and flowers, with mineral touches, toasted bread and dried fruit. The palate is elegant and fresh, with vibrant acidity balancing the aromatic richness.
