A sparkling wine from Monogram Franciacorta, made mainly from Chardonnay selected from the best parcels in Franciacorta.
It is a Satèn style, with lower pressure than other Franciacorta and a very fine perlage. The colour is delicate straw yellow with golden reflections. The nose offers white-fleshed fruit, apple and pear, floral notes, yeast and toasted bread. On the palate it is creamy, with balanced acidity and aromatic richness, and a long, satisfying finish with mineral and fresh fruit notes.
