Fraser & Thompson is a North American blended whiskey conceived by the Canadian entertainer Michael Bublé. It is bottled at 42% ABV in a 75cl bottle by Heaven Hill Distillery in Bardstown, Kentucky.
The blend is roughly 92% Canadian whisky, made up of rye, corn and malt whiskies, with about 8% Kentucky straight bourbon. The name refers to the Fraser and Thompson rivers of British Columbia.
The nose is led by caramel and honey, with citrus zest, soft vanilla and light oak. The palate brings butterscotch and toffee, then blood orange and dried fig, with a mild rye spice. The finish is medium in length, with warmth, citrus peel and a little vanilla.
