A dry gin from Freeland Spirits, a woman-owned and operated distillery blending Pacific Northwest freshness with modern craft techniques.
The flagship gin uses both copper pot still and gentle vacuum distillation to preserve delicate botanicals such as cucumber, mint, rosemary and thyme alongside classic dried spices. It is made from 14 botanicals, combining fresh Pacific Northwest herbs with classic gin spices.
The aroma is lively and herbaceous, led by fresh cucumber and garden herbs, with hints of grapefruit, lemon peel, spruce and spiced juniper. The palate is herbaceous, with piney juniper, mulled spices, pink peppercorn, star anise, coriander and salal berry, and the finish is lingering and herbal.
