Friulano Friuli Colli Orientali DOC Vigna Petrussa

A white wine from the Colli Orientali del Friuli, grown on marly-calcareous soils. It is made from the native Friulano grape, with manual harvesting and traditional vinification. On the nose there are green apple, white peach, vegetal touches and a light almond note. On the palate freshness dominates, supported by good structure and balance, with an elegant, subtle aromatic persistence. It works as an aperitif and with fish, shellfish, light vegetable dishes and fresh cheeses.
