Galaad à la Table des Chefs is a French whisky from the Galaad range, produced by the Mine d'Or distillery. The nose combines ripe fruit with light spice and wood, and a touch of vanilla. The palate is soft and round, with fruit, caramel and spice in a fluid texture. The finish is fairly long, with lightly woody, spicy and fruity notes.
