Garrison Brothers – Cowboy Bourbon 11th Release Hazmat Overproof Uncut Unfiltered Texas Bourbon Whiskey (2025) (70cl, 73.2%)

This is the 11th release of Cowboy Bourbon from Garrison Brothers of Texas, known as Hazmat. It is bottled at 73.2% ABV, uncut and unfiltered, in a 70cl bottle. The bourbon comes from Dan and Donnis's favourite barrels, which are set aside for a couple of years of further maturation. It ages in American oak inside steel barns, where the Texas heat moves the spirit through the pores of the wood. The nose is burnt wood, gun smoke and toasted marshmallows. Black pepper runs through the palate, and the finish is peppery with a restrained warmth.
