Garrison Brothers Lady Bird 2026 is a Texas straight bourbon bottled at 57% in a 75cl bottle. It is the fourth annual tribute to Lady Bird Johnson, made in an edition of 7,000 bottles.
It starts as the distillery's Small Batch bourbon, aged four years in new white American oak. The whisky was then infused for eight to nine months with Burleson's Texas honey at cask strength, and finished for three years in French Cognac XO casks.
The nose is fresh grass and honey wafers. On the palate come buckwheat pancakes, Cognac cherries and dark chocolate, followed by a long finish.
