An aromatic white from Alto Adige. The bouquet shows white flowers, rose, exotic fruit tending towards lychee and ripe peach, with a subtle spicy note. The palate is broad and enveloping, with a soft, almost unctuous feel, balanced by discreet freshness and light sapidity. It works both as an accompaniment and on its own, with aromatic and spicy dishes, flavourful fish, rustic white meats and structured cheeses. Serve cool, not cold, so the aromas can open fully.
