A Pinot Grigio from Alto Adige with a fresh, measured profile. The nose shows white-fleshed fruit, citrus, white flowers and a subtle mineral note. The palate is slender, guided by lively acidity and clean sapidity, with a medium-light body and a composed balance. It is versatile with steamed fish, shellfish, seafood salads and fresh cheeses, and also suits more structured vegetarian dishes. Serve chilled at 8-10 C to bring out the aromatic nuances and freshness.
