A Ritterhof white wine with an immediate, recognisable aromatic profile. White flowers and Muscat notes mingle with white-fleshed fruit and citrus peel, with a hint of honey that does not weigh it down. On the palate it is fresh and linear, with pleasant softness balanced by discreet savouriness; the structure is slender but well defined, with a smooth flow and fragrant persistence without excess. It suits aperitifs and delicate seafood dishes, shellfish, composed salads, fresh cheeses and light aromatic preparations, served well chilled.
