A sparkling wine from Trento with a fresh, linear profile. Fine bubbles support a slender sip with good acidic tension and pleasant savouriness. The nose shows white-fleshed fruit, candied citrus, delicate floral hints and a light biscuity note. The palate is clean and precise, smooth but with personality. It works well as an aperitif and with seafood starters, delicate raw fish or simple first courses. Serve around 8-10 C to appreciate its freshness and perlage.
