A white wine from Ritterhof, made from Gewurztraminer in Alto Adige. The nose combines rose and white petals with lychee and exotic fruit, plus a gentle sweet spice. The palate is rich and enveloping, with immediate softness supported by savoury freshness, balanced alcohol and a clean texture; the finish lingers on floral and spicy notes. It pairs well with aromatic and spicy dishes, Asian cuisine, flavourful shellfish, intense cheeses or foie gras. Serve cool but not cold, 10-12 C, in wide glasses.
