Gewurztraminer Ceslar Alto Adige DOC - Cantina Bozen

An aromatic white wine from Cantina Bozen, made from Gewurztraminer in the Alto Adige DOC. It has a bright straw-yellow colour. The nose shows floral and fruity aromas typical of the variety, with light spicy notes. On the palate it has medium body, a soft texture and a balance between aromatic sensations and pleasant freshness, leaving a persistent but not excessive finish. It pairs with flavourful fish dishes, shellfish, moderately spiced Asian cuisine and not too aged cheeses, and also suits aperitifs and informal occasions.
