Gewürztraminer Passito Sonus Ritterhof (37.5cl)

A passito sweet wine from Ritterhof in a 375 ml bottle, with a rich and immediate aromatic profile. The nose is enveloping but not excessive: white flowers, rose petals and ripe exotic fruit meet sweeter accents of honey and jam, kept well balanced. On the palate the sip is soft and full, with a syrupy texture balanced by perceptible freshness, while subtle savouriness adds lift and the finish brings floral and citrus returns. It suits slow tasting with fruit-based desserts, delicate creams, blue cheeses and pâté.
