Giffard Caribbean Pineapple is a fruit liqueur made with fresh pineapples ripened under Caribbean sun and candied pineapple infusion, with a touch of 7-year-old Caribbean and Guyanese rum and warm spices.
It is produced by Giffard & Cie in Angers, Loire Valley, France, and bottled at 25% ABV. It has a deep golden yellow colour and a strong pineapple aroma, both fresh and slightly caramelized, with buttered or flamed pineapple tones, candied fruit and rum warmth.
The palate brings juicy pineapple sweetness, candied pineapple, rum warmth and spice, with a lingering finish of pineapple, rum and spice and toasted pineapple tones.
