A French ginger liqueur from Giffard & Cie in Angers, in the Loire Valley. It is made by maceration of fresh ginger roots, enhanced with vanilla, orange flower water and a touch of coriander. The result balances fiery ginger spice with floral and sweet notes. It can be used in cocktails or sipped over ice.
